Träume's Ethics and Conduct Channel is a safe and confidential means for employees, suppliers, clients, and other interested parties to report ethical violations, inappropriate conduct, fraud, harassment, or behaviors that go against our values and principles.

This channel is exclusively for receiving reports and complaints confidentially and, if preferred, anonymously, regarding any violation of Träume's Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, guidelines, or applicable laws.

This whistleblowing channel is available 24 hours a day. All information recorded is sent to a specialized compliance team, ensuring total confidentiality and protection against retaliation, with proper analysis and response.

In this sense, we emphasize that all names shared here, as well as the content of your report, are restricted to Träume's Ethics Committee, treated with absolute confidentiality and seriousness.

Your name will not be disclosed to anyone. We request this information because it is much easier to request additional information and successfully conclude the investigation of your report.
